    • baseline/normal behavior (in terms of what metrics/data is watched); "what do you see that tells you all is normal?" (logs they looks at, tool output"

  • value-add: are there things that they could be doing that would give them more insight? E.g. Specific kind of logging? Additional monitoring tools or instrumentation?
